Terms of service

1. Who we are

haircutsuggestion.com is operated by snekmedia GmbH, Rüdigergasse 23/9, 1050 Wien, Austria (imprint). These terms apply to every use of the site and every purchase on it.

2. What the service does

You upload a photo of yourself and choose a hairstyle, and an AI model generates a preview of you with that hairstyle. The result is an illustration to help you decide, not a promise of how a real haircut will turn out. Hair texture, growth and the stylist's work all play a part.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your email address (or Google). Keep access to that inbox secure.
• The service is not intended for children under 14.
• You can delete your account at any time in your Hairstyle Suite. This deletes all photos, looks and unused credits.

4. Free try-on and credits

• Your first try-on is free once you have confirmed your email address.
• Further try-ons use credits. One credit is one try-on. Credits are sold in packs as a one-time payment; there is no subscription.
• Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a try-on fails, the credit is returned automatically. Each look can be re-generated once for free.
• The "Which one fits me best?" result is revealed with a purchased credit.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you buy and include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right ends once supply has begun, if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG). We ask for this at checkout, and the credits are supplied immediately after payment.

7. Your photos and content

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it, and only photos you have the right to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, sexual or violent content, or photos of children who are not your own.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to process them only to provide the service to you.
• You may use the looks generated for you for personal purposes, for example to show your stylist or to share.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is always online or error-free. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought. The date at the top shows the current version.

10. Law and contact

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply. Questions or complaints: office@rendersnek.com.
